Return Eligibility

Pharmaceutical products, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), nutraceuticals, and healthcare products supplied by BLUEPILL EXPORT are generally non-returnable once dispatched from our facility.

Returns may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect product supplied by BLUEPILL EXPORT

• Products damaged during transit due to packaging issues attributable to BLUEPILL EXPORT

• Significant manufacturing defects supported by proper documentation

• Shipment discrepancies verified upon delivery

Any return request must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products opened, used, or partially consumed

• Products stored under inappropriate conditions after delivery

Inspection and Approval

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only in cases where:

• The product cannot be replaced

• The issue has been verified and approved by BLUEPILL EXPORT

• The claim meets the requirements outlined in this policy

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or through mutually agreed commercial arrangements.

Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipping, customs duties, taxes, and related charges are non-refundable.
