No Returns Accepted
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept any returns once the goods have been dispatched. This policy is in place to protect the integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance of pharmaceutical and healthcare items.
Medicines and related products are subject to strict guidelines concerning:
- Storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.)
- Shelf-life and contamination risks
- Tampering or misuse concerns
- Country-specific health regulations
Once a product leaves our controlled supply chain, we cannot guarantee these conditions, and therefore cannot resell or redistribute any returned goods.
Order Accuracy & Quality Assurance
To ensure maximum satisfaction:
- All shipments are thoroughly checked before dispatch.
- Products are packed using validated methods and materials to maintain stability during transit.
- Detailed documentation including batch numbers, COAs (Certificates of Analysis), and invoices are provided for transparency and tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In rare cases where products may be damaged in transit or the shipment is inaccurate, we request that you:
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs/videos of the damaged or incorrect items.
- Share the shipping label and invoice copy for reference.
Our team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution based on our internal policies and the nature of the issue. However, this will not include returns, but may include reshipment or credit note in specific cases, subject to approval.
Customs and Import Regulations
Clients are requested to confirm their country-specific import laws before placing orders. BLUEPILL EXPRESS will not be responsible for products held, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities due to incorrect or incomplete regulatory clearance by the buyer.
